Dresses mailed via normal post (local addresses only) is free of charge. However, The Online Outlet will not be liable for any loss or damage of parcel. Additional charges apply for delivery via registered mail or courier services, starting from S$3 onwards. Actual charges will be advised upon purchase subject to parcel weight.

Returns

To return a faulty/incorrect item, please email us within 3 working days of receiving parcel. We will reimburse your postage for the faulty/incorrect item. Kindly note that returned item must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. You will be issued a store credit, which can be used for any clothing items listed on the blog, valid for 1 month.
